THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS ARE:
on the technical side:
- experience with implementing the google cloud platform, they will start with implementing BigQuery as a data warehouse.
- knowledge of SQL
- Some experience with Python (if someone can read and understand it well, that's good also)
- upper-intermediate English
on the marketing automation side:
- some experience in working in an eCommerce environment where they use data for digital marketing or marketing automation purposes would be great!
So the data engineering part is definitely the most important aspect of the job.
