Description:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce CI/CD implementation and Devops is required
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, environment management, continuous integration
• Experience on Salesforce Administration
• Hands on experience in Salesforce Deployment technologies like VS Code, Metadata API, SFDX, Change Sets, Ant, Gearset or Copado or AutoRabbit etc.
• Experience on administration of source code version control, branching and labelling using tools like GitLab and Bitbucket
• Experience on automation of governance/compliance processes
• Ability to work with multi country, distributed teams
• Certification in Salesforce Administration and Advanced Administration
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required
• A degree from these majors are preferred:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• English - Upper-Intermediate
• Location - India or Ukraine (safe locations)

• Should have worked with an editor such as VS Code
• Knowledge of deployment tools like Ant, Gearset or Copado
• App builder, PD1 certification

• Work closely with development teams across local and remote locations
• Working with architects and system designers to define high-level solutions
• Creating DevOps scripts integrating Jenkins, BitBucket and other DevOps related technologies
• Working with Salesforce Developers and Automation Test Engineers to implement complete CI/CD pipelines
• Evangelize the maturing governance of CI/CD pipelines with teams and digest feedback for further efficiency
• Improving processes by delivering guidelines and automation for all Salesforce teams globally
• Ensure all Salesforce updates seamlessly move from development through staging to production
• Manage Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
• Act on the evaluation of new technologies to solve problems as needed and play a forward-thinking role in test and deploy service design
• Automate and streamline our operations and processes to achieve high availability of environments and applications
• Proactively investigate and propose improvements on the ongoing activities and processes
